Show Time!

Shimmer finished her championship on October 1. Gotcha is out of coat and the rest of the gang are pretty immature. So, it may be a bit before we are hitting the AKC show circuits hard. In the meantime, we will attend a few UKC shows that are fairly local so that our young dogs get a chance to learn the showdog scene.

  • December 16 - 17: Desert Southwest Shetland Sheepdog Association. Judges Michael Heflin, Carolyn, Kraskey, Bruce Lehman, Judith Lehman. Ewok, Gotcha, Blossom, Aria. River in junior handling on the 16th.
  • ?January 20 - 21: Caliente All-breed Canine Association. Judges Nina Marie Sherrer, Michelle-Blackowl-Chavez, Larry Hansen, Jr, Gary Anderson. Ewok and Blossom might be blowing coat. Aria might be in a motherly way if I am lucky.
